Thus, we guarantee you a 14-day return- and exchange right, in case you don't like the item you ordered, that means we exchange the item according to your wishes or return the money. This is only valid, if the goods still are in perfect condition. The customer only has to pay the return postage.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with a postershop.com item, you may exchange it or request a refund for the cost of the purchased item(s) within 14 days from the day you received the order. A credit on a charge card purchase will be completed when the item has been returned. Please, inform our staff, via e-mail (info@postershop.com), before shipping a return in order to get adequate instructions and authorization. Return shipping has to be paid by the customer unless it was our shipping error.
